Jamie King has over 15 years experience planning weddings and corporate events. Although she is talented in multiple areas of design, Jamie truly enjoys planning and designing weddings that reflect the personality of her clients. Her main goal when planning a wedding is to make sure the bride and groom are enjoying the engagement and not getting wrapped up in all the little details that go into planning such an important event.
Her corporate experience includes a background in human resources, recruiting, training, public speaking, event planning, project management and business management. With a passion for design and a desire to help others lead a fulfilling life, she wanted to create a company that not only directed the clients towards a life of satisfaction, but also created an environment for the team members to pursue their dreams.

DWC-Atlanta was officially kicked off August 2, 2007 by a small group of enthusiastic women who hope to create a networking group that will cater to the professional woman. It is DWC-Atlanta's goal to move beyond simple social events and mixers, and, instead, hold events that will help women expand their networks as well as offer professional and personal growth opportunities. In addition to our monthly networking meeting, the group will have occasional events to enhance business skills and develop relationships. Such events will include golf outings, cooking classes, spa days and wine tastings.
The networking meetings are held monthly at the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead. The meetings provide an opportunity for women in the Greater Atlanta Metro area to communicate their business profile, describe who their ideal referrals would be and network with other women in the community.
